At their brand-new headquarters on the Evolis business park near Kortrijk, outstanding audiovisual communication was a must—for both visitors and staff. Ntgrate That’s why ntgrate partnered with Oscart, a leading name in digital signage, to deliver a fully integrated, visually stunning solution.
Next-Level Digital Signage in Kortrijk
From the moment you walk into reception, you're greeted by a sleek UHD display that sets the tone—smart, modern, and visually engaging. In the showroom, nine large HD screens come together to form a powerful video wall that brings the brand’s story to life with rich visuals and dynamic content. But it’s not just about looks—this setup also allows for wireless presentations and screen sharing, all without a single cable or piece of visible hardware, thanks to Oscart’s seamless Screen Mirroring technology. In the meeting room, a large UHD display supports the same wireless sharing and comes equipped with a full video conferencing setup. The showroom also features a mobile UHD screen and an interactive Samsung Flip 2, perfect for workshops or live demos.
Upstairs, ntgrate created a warm, multifunctional space with a bar, kitchen and comfy seating—ideal for lunch, informal meetings or a quick break. Oscart helped elevate this area with two screens: one for internal digital signage, and another for TV or streaming.
In the production halls, a large central display keeps teams in the loop with live updates on project progress or other key info—keeping communication clear and visible where it matters most.
Powerful Audio, Hidden in Plain Sight
Visuals aren’t the only thing making an impact. Ntgrate also called on Oscart to create an invisible yet immersive audio experience across both floors.
Twelve speakers and two subwoofers, paired with premium amps, deliver crystal-clear sound through Spotify, internet radio and Bluetooth—all completely hidden within ceilings and custom cabinetry. No visible wires, no bulky hardware—just rich, high-quality sound that blends into the space.
The same goes for the upstairs lounge, which features six invisible speakers and two subwoofers, delivering a consistent, high-end listening experience. Even the restrooms are equipped with discreet speakers streaming music via internet radio.
